What does the player fee include?
The 2018-2019 player fee is $350. The player fee helps cover expenses such as coaches, gym rentals, league and tournament fees, plus insurance. The fee does not cover the cost of uniforms (approximately $100), Hazen Select spirit wear (which is available for purchase from our team store at the start of the season) or your player’s individual AAU membership. Scholarships are available at the discretion of the Board of Directors.

What’s the next step if my player makes the team?
Our club meeting will take place Wednesday, September 26th at Hazen High School from 6:00-7:30pm. This is a mandatory meeting for parents, players and coaches. This will include an orientation, uniform fitting, supplies to coaches, spirit wear information, etc.

What about practices?
Practices for all grades will begin the week of October 1st. Specific days and times are to be determined, but typically practices will be after 5:00pm. Each team will be scheduled two 1.5 hour practices per week.

What can we expect in terms of playing time?
Playing time is determined by many factors, including overall skill level, attitude, attendance, respect for coaches and teammates, hustle, and game dynamics.
